The Lot is a group of vagabonds and delinquents who tend to wander from haunt to haunt, rather than settle in one place and build up. Every once in a while, a party will strike out to find a new place to mill about, and not all of them are winners.
This one's barely a good shelter from the rain, though Fleet doesn't seem to mind.
